PRE LOG NOTE : Transcribed in Part from sporadic hand notations at first, as aircraft problem presented itself randomly here. * Observations are correct and factual, however: dates might be slightly out of sync to begin, as my own shortcoming in putting a log together. Times of Day should all be correct within minutes. Log will continue in better format here. Photographs are included as per request, looking for video camera to add film footage video clips to improve this complaint log. Check for periodic updates.
ENTRY: 15 Plus Count, Low altitude direct overhead passes, in only 1 day last week (It may have been on Thursday.) *Chiefly recalled counting the low over home passes on a busy air traffic day prior week , BEFORE contact. On the 16th of July.

Thursday,17 (?) 2008: Air Traffic Report At Sanibel Blvd.
Flight Path and Behavior : At approximately 10:45 Am , Low helicopter
passes being made out back of house to North, with a near radio tower touch down
( landing ) for about 10 Minutes.
Pilot on lift off proceeded West to end of Sanibel Blvd.: Returns directly
heading East , and makes a VERY low altitude swooping pass directly over and
at me while I am observing . (This transpired
directly over our home and yard.)
Pilot then continues, at LOWEST NAVIGABLE ALTITUDES terrain will permit, dangerously within a few feet of barely clearing our roof on an East heading, and proceeded to bank to pilot's left and ( Exit Home Air Space) Northerly back toward radio tower land mark then returns making a repeat pass over our home again.
Observer Notation: I decide to returned inside to avoid any further treatment for my personal mosquito larvae hygiene Lee County has provided me.

NOTES: * This continues now even despite my complaints directly to Shelly Redovan, of home, land , & airspace trespassing, at obvious danger to our home, repeatedly at inexcusable and unthinkably irresponsible altitudes and proximity over our yard or home. Where they should not treat in ever.
Conclusions and observation: There is no navigational excuse to cause this
repeated flight coarse. There is zero standing water or wetland in our
properties here. or

2008: AGAIN 1:40 PM , Direct "Fly Bys" begin again.
We are being "Buzzed" at our roof top repeatedly today. Spraying us directly with visible full sprays.
Pilot Returns for several passes, Targeting our sole residence, no more than 10 feet over roof and front entry door of our stilt home.
A deliberate clear act of repeated targeting our home and person , no question!
This pilot is treating us, and appears to have an assault type hostile attitude CLEARLY directed at us. I suspect it may likely be due to my request and complaint.

Fly BY Front OF Home and Then proceed to touch down in rear beyond yard, took off
approximately 5 minutes later headed West and appeared to touch down again

Wildlife Observation: July 26th,2008 : 1 EAGLE came back home to visit,
it was very nice , perched LOW near porch until dark, AMERICAN "BALD
EAGLE."
Also a few
raccoons spotted in neighborhood, none by myself. Iguana returns and
visits my bedside tree, with both Sanibel Woodpecker Family abundant again!
Snakes making appearances (3 sightings) Mosquito population NEGLIGIBLE as well.
Raccoons, mammals and small rodents still dramatically reduced and the majority
of these have apparently moved on and vanished.
ENTRY: JULY 29,
White with blue or black striped Ranger helicopter, observed headed on the
leeward (Bay) Side of Tower Near Ding Darling Visitor Entrance.
Passing by at about their so called "50 foot Floor," altitude, Traveling West to east

Appeared to have possibly made a touch down near the radio tower water supply , possible larvicide
to h2o? UNKNOWN APR 5 MIN.

Making 8 more application passes over our home and adjacent to our lot.
Opinion: This is a lot of poison we did not consent to being directly treated
with. The applications appear more as an intensive air assault on us and must be
stopped. Pilots treating people and their homes, is
not acceptable. In my close repeated observations and opinion,
the currently employed pilots who work our area here should be replaced with
properly trained pilots, by pilots that can demonstrate responsibility with
toxin application, with respect to life, people, animals, private homes, and
yards.

NOTE: LOW FLYING BOMBARDMENTS AND TREATING HUMANS DIRECTLY, WITNESSED. I myself was treated heavily at our doorway while trying to observe. The spray was very easy to see.
July 30th
was a RED LETTER DAY
to many treatment passes for a count.
Unthinkable bombardments occurred, our home being overly trafficked and
TREATED far to many times. We do not want them in such close proximity. We
NEVER consent to ourselves, home and private property treated.
Advertisements may be taken out instead of spending savings on a law suit,
as it can be more much more damaging than a petty award to a over funded
program.
This log will continue and become more precise in coverage and evidence gathering, until they cease and desist or significantly modify the program or the misbehavior of its intended purpose and manner in which they carry out those responsibilities.
I met with Mr. Harris, on initial meeting seems to be a very affable and clean cut young man.

Extremely low and reckless flights to and fro abounded today as we waited on telephone repair and my dog and I were treated as well.

2 Days in a row we are forced captive into our homes here on Sanibel Blvd.

Note: Apparently no one respects our "Opt Out" written, published, or verbal requests, protest, or demands ! We are being terrorized by these helicopters and YES we have been treated. After 911 there is NO EXCUSE for these flights in such a manner. Repeated witnessing of "Undue Reckless Endangerment," by LCMD helicopter pilots in good or bad weather, they still come to harass us , and treat populated areas against poison manufacturer labels of proximity treatments we have found on the subject.
We have been denied our rights here on Sanibel Island , Florida. IS FLORIDA the "No Civilian Rights," state?

This is not benign at these levels. We feel the proximity and frequency is absurd and outweighs any potential benefits , posing serious UNDUE and UNREASONABLE risk to humans, animals, and wildlife.

Observed Fixed Wing Prop Aircraft Making its way East to West hugging the
leeward island coast over Ding Darling.
CONDITIONS: Winds calm, visibility good, Temp 88 degrees Fahrenheit.
ENTRY: 1:15 PM Lee County Mosquito Control helicopter, comes up just above
the Over Easy breakfast bar, and respectfully stops to say hello.
*** Thankfully, does not treat us, and departs without flying over us.
*** I am truly very impressed and knew they were capable of respecting our
home.

NOTE: Perhaps they have been getting bite complaints there.
HOWEVER, I noted on foot, these have not been mosquitoes for the most part,
over near the Timbers where they allow a pond after each rain to form.
There has been another culprit, (NON MOSQUITO) A larger biting insect that
might have been generating complaints and probably is less affected by the
recent treatments to that area.
Unknown flies.
I might recommend, the area businesses such as the Timbers, that do have pond
and landscape issues to employ a simple "Dunk," or add bleach, into there
respective and obvious ponds, as this would probably be their source and a
less expensive way to address that very localized problem.
***On foot it has been noted only to the areas from about the 7 11 Gas
station to about the Fire department and CVS drugs.
Appears to be very localized and NON MOSQUITO biting fly.
We walked it ourselves on a bite test. Negligible for mosquito oddly. I
suspect the few remaining tourists may have complained at one of these
businesses, such as the Timbers or Tower Art Gallery?

We both became very ill, my "Service Dog," Brandy who I loved as much as ANY daughter, was unable to survive the ORGANOPHOSPHATES contained and violently passed away bleeding and vomiting in my arms. I sustained chemical scaring and a massive SHELF full of medications and supplements from pill to powder and syringes.
I will always maintain, Lee County pilots were directly and spitefully acting out by deliberate bombing into our very bedroom window as I was there and despite LCMD forcefully verbally trying to "Convince," us they were not here , several of us KNOW better.
Don't piss on me and tell me it is raining. YOU WERE THERE LCMD, and I view this as attempted homicide and 1 successful homicide of a Department Of Justice, PROTECTED "Service Dog," as well as injury and assault to myself. I know the pilots conspired to coordinate such a heinous and illicit airborne assault on us as well.
It is a cowardly way to assault anyone, especially the handicapped with a Service Animal.
LCMD is a bunch of disguised terrorists as they have terrorized us here and my belief is they should be tried and convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, vehicular assault, MURDER ,and a number of FAA and toxin law violations.
These "Mosquito Control" organizations are NOT allowed , but do, treat people.
If it would bring back my girl I would take them to court and insist they be tried for the above.
You were here LCMD, and I have witnesses, proof, medical, and a corpse.
LCMD BT does contain 3 organophosphates, weather they were aware of that well concealed fact the manufacturer does not like to share or not.
Assault is assault. Over the summer I took nearly 700 photos, and placed some Obvious proximity demonstrating them over our home, all to be dismissed by distant cowardly letters.
I give a rats ass about their GPS LIE, it carries no weight as I was here too, as they ALSO quickly disclaim they may still need to fly directly over my house during treatments, but will no longer be treating my home, they say. Well GPS defense is now void.
How can you defend against the ingredients you applied directly to us? (3 Organophosphates and Bt ,A friendly name essentially for Anthrax family of Bio weapons.) Used on PEOPLE not MOSQUITO !
So then GPS I must assume shows them here despite the thin excuse "They were not treating over your home" and this is yet another BLATANT lie. I witnessed it and so have others! ALSO, picture too!
There is no limitation on MURDER \ Homicide and the double attempt I believe we can very reasonably PROVE.
So, I suggest LCMD not ever be near my home again, or maybe the surprise may be arrest warrants at the doors of SEVERAL LCMD employees.
If you think this is slander, or liable to print these facts as I have witnessed them and survived them in my personal Blog, LCMD people, then prepare to defend yourselves unsuccessfully from MURDER and ASSAULT charges.
OTHERWISE... stay FAR AWAY and I will let the issue pass.

Part of my medications and supplements from the incident (crime in my opinion)

Brandy by our window where we we treated \ assaulted. She passed away in
accord with organophosphate toxins and all the horrific things they did to her
as she died in my arms. All because LCMD disliked my blog that would never
have existed if they were not using deadly illicit toxins on us at our home in
illegal manner.
Had they initially RESPECTED my many opt out requests, instead of ignoring and denying them , Brandy would be alive today and the blogs would never have needed to exist to get attention for opt out purposes.
The "Opt Out" was finally granted as Brandy lay ill, with caveat they would still need to pass over our home, and we must control mosquitoes in our yard. ( More GPS proof they have always been overhead.) It came too late to save my beloved Brandy.
To remove a service dog from someone who needs one is horrific, I myself wish we had passed away together fro the barbaric LCMD visit, to put us in line I am left to only speculate.

(1) A person who, with reckless disregard, interferes with, or permits a dog that he or she owns or is in the immediate control of to interfere with, the use of a service animal by obstructing, intimidating, or otherwise jeopardizing the safety of the service animal or its user commits a misdemeanor of the second degree for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the first degree for each subsequent offense, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(2) A person who, with reckless disregard, injures or kills, or permits a dog that he or she owns or is in the immediate control of to injure or kill, a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(3) A person who intentionally injures or kills, or permits a dog that he or she owns or is in the immediate control of to injure or kill, a service animal commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
(4)(a) A person who is convicted of a violation of this section, in addition to any other penalty, must make full restitution for all damages that arise out of or are related to the offense, including incidental and consequential damages incurred by the service animal's user.
(b) Restitution includes the value of the service animal; replacement and training or retraining expenses for the service animal and the user; veterinary and other medical and boarding expenses for the service animal; medical expenses for the user; and lost wages or income incurred by the user during any period that the user is without the services of the service animal.

Seeing the pilots who I believe poisoned us, and other board members or employees go to jail is ok, though I prefer to have no more to do with the emotional issue and have the rotten bunch of them stay far away from us.
So on this note, my PRIVATE, SERVER DIARY \ LOG is and remains private reading, and as such is mine to write about in any way.
